Application

The dampener is applied for the intensive dampeningof grain. The newly developed bi-rotor whirling systemensures uniform distribution of the water throughout thegrain as well as excellent penetration of water into the grainwith a low power requirement. Water addition rates of upto 7% are possible, with minimum abrasion and breakageof the product.

Mode of operation

The grain enters the dampener through the front-endinlet. Together with the separately added water, the grainundergoes an intensie intermixing and water penetrationby the bi-rotor whirling system. The thorughly dampenedgrain is discharged from the machine through thetangential outlet.
