    Quadrumat® Junior
    Application
    The Brabender® Quadrumat® Junior is anuniversal precision laboratory roller mill for milling grain forsubsequent analyses.
    Obtain laboratory flours which are almost equal to commerciallyproduced flours in ash content, yield, and baking quality - themulti-step grinding process only needs a single passage.
    The mill is suitable for wheat, spelt, rye, barley and rice.
    Principle
    The closed grinding process ensures maximum separation of theendosperm from the exosperm. The short grinding process corresponding tothe elasticity of the bran prevents splitting up of the bran. Afterhaving passed the last pair of rolls, the material drops into the roundsifter where it is separated into flour and bran.
